The Board of Directors is responsible for managing the affairs of the Association and to discharge the rights, duties and responsibilities as provided in the Declaration and the Articles of Incorporation.
The board members of DHHOA are home owners just like you. They are genuine in their interest and well being of the neighborhood. The board members and the association sole purpose is to maintain and improve neighborhood integrity and value by enforcement of rules, regular maintenance and capital improvements when possible.
