Minutes of the Deer Hollow Homeowners Association, Inc.

Tuesday May 24, 2011

Meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m. by President Lori Church.

The meeting was held at the Fruitville Library, Sarasota, Florida.

Directors Present:
Lori Church Susan Walsh
Kathy Deeds Rosemary Woods

Treasurers Report:
Money market account balance $107,331.77
Checking account balance $1211.26

York Management Report:
Notices are being sent out to homeowners that are not keeping their property maintained.
Bids are being reviewed for tree trimming in the common areas of Deer Hollow and will be discussed
at the next board meeting.
A request was made and given for a No Trespassing Sign for Deer Hollow E and Richardson Rd

Old Business:
Armed security has been hired to patrol approximately 16 hours week at different times and days.

New Business:
Discussion was held on Landmark Bank and if now was the right time to look into changing banks due
to the low ranking Landmark has. After reviewing the pros and cons it was recommended to just watch
for now and the issue will be readdressed at a later date.
It was decided there will be no June board meeting.
