Deer Hollow is a 410 home deed restricted community located Sarasota, Florida. Our Board of Directors are responsible for managing the affairs of the Association and to discharge the rights, duties and responsibilities as provided in the Declaration and the Articles of Incorporation. Our Community location is convenient to I-75, a variety of restaurants, shopping, and other services.
Our Association includes four different neighborhoods: Deer Hollow, Country Pines, Timucuan, and The Villas.
