Named after a Native Amerian tribe from Florida, Timucuan is a small neighborhood with single family homes. Fawnwood Circle is the only street in Timucuan, making it one of the easiest neighborhoods in Deer Hollow HOA to navigate.

Deer Hollow is a 410 home deed restricted community located Sarasota, Florida. Our Board of Directors are responsible for managing the affairs of the Association and to discharge the rights, duties and responsibilities as provided in the Declaration and the Articles of Incorporation. Our Community location is convenient to I-75, a variety of restaurants, shopping, and other services.
Our Association includes four different neighborhoods: Deer Hollow, Country Pines, Timucuan, and The Villas.
