Country Pines is a neighborhood located western portion of Deer Hollow Homeowners Association. It includes many single family homes nestled in a tree preserve.
Every street in Country Pines is named Briar Creek: Briar Creek Lane, Briar Creek Court, Briar Creek Place, and Briar Creek Way. Therefore, it is important for visitors to know which street they’re on.

Deer Hollow is a 410 home deed restricted community located Sarasota, Florida. Our Board of Directors are responsible for managing the affairs of the Association and to discharge the rights, duties and responsibilities as provided in the Declaration and the Articles of Incorporation. Our Community location is convenient to I-75, a variety of restaurants, shopping, and other services.
Our Association includes four different neighborhoods: Deer Hollow, Country Pines, Timucuan, and The Villas.
